Booking & Cancellation Conditions
- A reservation is only possible via our booking form on the homepage.
- Reservations can be cancelled or rebooked free of charge up to 5 days before the booked arrival.
- If the cancellation is not made in due time (less than 5 days before the booked arrival), 50% of the total costs according to the booked arrangement will be charged, regardless of the number of nights booked. This also applies to bookings made at short notice, for which free cancellation is no longer possible.
- If the cancellation is mounted on the day of arrival, the entire stay will be charged as booked.
- If the pitch is not cancelled and the guest does not arrive, the entire stay will be charged as booked.
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, all nights booked will be invoiced as per the
confirmation will be invoiced. - The date of receipt of the cancellation notice is decisive for the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation can only be mounted in text form.
- Payment of any cancellation costs, regardless of the reason for cancellation, must be mounted within 10 days. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make exceptions in the case of illness with a doctor's certificate, for example.
- Contractual partners are both the orderer and the camper.
- Special pitch requests will be considered if possible, but cannot be guaranteed for organisational reasons.
- The reserved pitch is available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure. Please plan your arrival / departure according to these times.
- The reserved pitch will be kept free until 5 pm on the day of arrival. If the reception has not been notified by 5 pm in the event of a delay in arrival, it is entitled to allocate the pitch to someone else.
Payment & Prepayment Terms
- A deposit of the rental price is not necessary.
- The full amount is payable on the day of departure.
- Payment options: Cash, EC, credit, Visa, bank transfer by invoice
